At AAA Service Company, our first responsibility is to the customers who use our products and services. Our credo is honesty and dependability. Our overall mission is to be the best in our profession and be a leader of customer service.

AAA Service Company & The Restoration Vision

With revenues growing to over half a million dollars annually by marketing to the commercial carpet industry, providing pressure washing, and working with contractors in increasing water damage business, Mr. Kennedy realized that his dream of building a service company had just begun and was overwhelmed with the possibilities that additional services and products could bring.

In January of 2001, we came to realize that much of our carpet cleaning business was being lost by janitorial companies that offered not only carpet cleaning, but also regular maintenance to the workplace such as vacuuming, dusting, trash removal, deep cleaning of restrooms etc. so we began AAA Janitorial Services to accommodate our customers and broaden our base in this particular field of service.

Then in February of 2001, AAA Restorations began, which not only gave us the ability to provide water damage services on a much broader scale, but we also began servicing customers that had fire and smoke damage in their homes. We also began pack out, which is the packing, cleaning and storing of customers contents as their home is being restored.

We have been truly blessed in our business efforts. All of the success in each division lies with having a wonderful group of people on staff that truly cares about our company. Each member of our team contributes greatly for our common cause and is very dedicated to their job. From our Director of Operations all the way to our part-time staffers, we realize the importance of each position and that one could not exist without the other.

We also realize that if not for our customers, we could not exist. There have been so many great organizations in and around the Memphis area that have placed their trust in us to provide them with the highest quality service at a very affordable price. We value our relationships with each of our customers. Each holds a special place in our hearts. Some of our customers that we serve are Allstate Insurance Company, Arby’s, Blockbuster Video, Danvers, Dixon Services, Easley Contactors, Enterprise Rental Car, First Assembly Church of God, Memphis Redbirds, Pitney Bowes, Pizza Huts, State Farm Insurance, University of Memphis, Wendy’s, William Sonoma and many, many more.

It is not our desire to be the largest service company in the industry but it is our desire to be the best at the services we provide for our customers. It takes a long time to develop relationships and to instill trust in one another. We do not know where the road of service will lead us but we are sure that we do love what we do and enjoy the road we are currently traveling. We look forward to many more years ahead of serving our customers and making more history.
